Job Purpose: The candidate shall be responsible for Managing production store and logistic operations.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

 

  1. Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
  2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for inward-outward & Stock, other report  to top management.
  3. Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, stock rotation with maintain of Minimum Order level and coordinate the disposal of surpluses. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment.
  4. Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized
  5. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
  6. Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
  7. Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
  8. Supervision skill to observe material at shop floor and keep in well manner place at safe area 
  9. Experience for Logistic operation work.( searching proper/Economical  logistic operation , documentation co-ordination , co-ordination skill from company till delivery at client place.)
  10. Logistic Documentation skills like packing list, insurance if required etc.
  11. Basic QC Skill for Inward and out ward material for preparing the GRN ) 
  12. Report submission regarding Analysis for misplace item and weekly and monthly basis
  13. Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally. Managing and training store staff.

  16. Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time 

 

Requisite Skills:

  1.  MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.
  2. Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning

Education:

Graduate.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 3 years from Store / Logistic field in industrial product

Monthly Salary (CTC):

22000 - 26000
