Job Purpose: The candidate shall be responsible for achieving sales/ revenue targets through Field Sales, generating sales leads/prospects through personal visit, tele calling, implement follow up mechanism, sales quotation preparation, order fulfillment follow up, work on data mining of customer base, data entry and maintain old/new customer master database.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

1. Achieving on field sales revenue targets as assigned.
2. Creating a databank through data mining from various platform and details from the industry.
3. Developing a dealer network PAN India.
4. Use of Company ERP to take all data in to system. 
5. Generating sales leads through Google search, Telecalling and follow up on the same for closure.
6. Generating sales through inquiries received from India Mart and other online market places.
7. Require to visit on field for sales from inquiry stage to closer stage.
8. Preparing price quotations for the prospects and conduct follow up with them for sales closure.
9. Preparing a sales job order and coordinating with the production team for prioritizing and processing the orders received.
10. Regular co-ordination with the departments involving production and assembly.
11. Follow up with clients for timely collection of payments / before due dates.
12. Coordinating with Finance/ Accounts for payments clearance/ receipt of clients.
13. Preparing invoice for all the sales orders and dispatch the same to the client and send the same to logistics for dispatch.
14. Follow up on dispatch status of the clients’ orders with the concerned team members.
15. Maintaining customer satisfaction and getting their queries and complaints resolved effectively within timelines in coordination with Service Department. 
16. Preparing the lead MIS, sales pipeline report and the sales performance report timely.
17. Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time

Job Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling engineering design for a material handling equipments manufacturing company with use of In-depth knowledge of Solid Works  software

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for: In-depth knowledge of Solid Works  software
2. Assisting production team / engineering staff in the design and development of components.
3. Interfacing with the engineering staff effectively to ensure the form, fit and function of designs while also working with the management to ensure cost effectiveness and manufacturability of designs.
4. Product Cost Analysis skills.
5. Collaborating with the engineering staff to produce design sketches and drawings and make necessary changes in accordance with applicable standards.
6. Preparing technical designs of products in accordance to the technical specifications received from clients and sales team.
7. Accurately incorporating welding symbols and tolerances into design drawings.
8. Reviewing and verifying design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by others to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function.
9. Using specialized software to create models and drawings of products.

Job Purpose: The candidate shall be responsible for Managing purchase function for material handling  machine manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

1. Procurement activities to perform to execute production activity in time.
2. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships through Vendor Development. 
3. Purchase order making for all purchases. I.e. vendor developed items, brought-out items etc.
