Hydraulic Mobile Floor Crane

If you want to pick a material from lifting belt and then shift it then the floor crane is most suitable equipment. The boom length is extendable which can be set as per the size of your object.

Up/Down operation of Boom is done by a Hydraulic Cylinder and a Manual Lifting Pump. It can also be operated by AC or DC Power Pack.

Structure: The Structure of floor crane is mainly consists MS Pipes of minimum 5mm Thickness with cross section size as per capacity requirements. Forged MS swivel type hook is provided to lift the material. Handle side wheel castors are custom built which permits them to take sufficient load capacity.

Hydraulic Unit

• Hydraulic Cylinders with an appropriate rod, bore, and stroke size as per capacity requirements are used.
• High strength steel piston rod is precision ground and hard chrome plated to ensure anti-corrosive and durability of seal.
• Seamless Honed Tubes (Steel) to a micro-finish are used to ensure long piston seal life and prevent failure of the cylinder.
• Manual Hand Pump is used to lift the boom.

Paint: Entire structure shall be powder coated or PU finish painted. 

Power Pack Unit (Optional) : AC/DC Power Pack with solenoid cartridge valve, pressure relief valve, check valve and flow control valve.

Battery (Optional) : One 12V Battery with suitable AH rating will be provided. Make- Exide /SF Sonic /TATA /Amron
